I want to set calculations in parametric setup of voltage at a point around minimal electrical field in some volume. I define new variable in calculator to get a position of the minimum of E-field. But how can I use this position to introduce a point and define new variable? Till now I am able to do this at a Point which I introduce in my Model, i.e. at a fixed point not depending on the parametric variation and the solution itself.

Hello Nina,

      We could use output variable to define new variable from field results. Please go to Results->Output variables and select Fields in "Report Type", then choose your defined variable for other definition.

Ok, thanks, now I got the way to do this, one have to insert the variable and then the point in calculator, and then click at value, no entry in Geometry has to be chosen.
