SubscriberHi!Â
I'm trying to simulate a butt welding in a coupler-tube joint including TAZ.Â
When I attempted to create the welded joint, I encountered the error shown in the image. I used edges and faces to define the weld. I also tried the midsurfaces method, but the geometry is quite complex, so it didn't work in this case.
This is the geometry.
The butt welding that I need to simulate with a 2mm bevel.Â
Could anyone help me resolve this issue? I'm facing difficulties with creating the welded joint including ZAT, and any guidance on how to fix the error would be greatly appreciated!

I hope this helps.
