SubscriberIn the Water tight geometry workflow, I am trying to grow prism layers, here I am using a uniform method. In this method the way the prism layer grow from one layer to another is constant. How can I grow these layers exponentialy instead of constant growth?
(I have seen some seetings to change this but that is available through Outline View Tree> scoped Prism>....) so is that the limitation of watertight geometry workflow? Is it possible to use all advanced and all available features through this watertight geometry workflow? -

Ansys EmployeeHi,
I suggest you to check ansys innovation course on watertight workflow: Mesh Generation using Ansys Fluent Meshing | Ansys Courses
you can also refer to fluent user's guide: 3.4. Adding Local Sizing (ansys.com)
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeHello, you can increase the value of ‘Growth Rate’ while using the Uniform Offset Method Type of Boundary Layer to make the layers thicker as they grow from initial layer.
Also, if you want to have more control over various other parameters of the boundary layer such as first layer height, transition ratio, etc., please explore other types of offset methods available in the Ansys Fluent Meshing Watertight Geometry Workflow.
