Please see attached screenshots and advise.
Upon executing the Unite command on all (solid, watertight) objects shown, they disappear and an error is logged to the Message Manager: "Body could not be created for part because of invalid parameters to Unite operation." Version is 2024 R2. Coil object is an imported .stl, while other two [polygonal solids] are native Maxwell 3D geometry.

Dear schectma,Â
The cause of this error is due to the fact that you are trying to unite objects of different material. As I can see from your first screenshot, two objects are vacuum and one is not assigned a material. In order for the boolean function "unite" to work, all of the objects need to have the same material.Â
