Hi abdenour,
You can apply the moment reaction probe at the contact of the two beams. I think you are doing shell modeling. Please upload the picture clearly so that it will be visible to others.

Thanks for the patience.Â
Will you please let me know how the both the both column and beam is connected that you rounded by the red circle?Â
Have you tried to select the contact reagion if you have contact between them. you will have a number of the option to select. Please use and let me know.
Regards,
Sampat

thank's for your help, i need moment-rotation curve...how can i do that ?

Take the length of the arm, L and the force applied at the tip, F and calculate the moment M = F*L
From the Ansys result on Deformation of the tip of the arm, D calcuate the rotation R = D/L radians.
Now you have a moment-rotation data point.
If you add plasticity to the model and turn on Large Deflection, you can obtain a nonlinear solution and see how the moment-rotation curve develops after the material starts yielding. The slope of the curve will reduce as the material yields at larger values of rotation. Convergence will be easier if you replace the tip force with a tip displacement and insert a Probe, Reaction Force to obtain the tip force.

It would be best if you showed me the graph of your results, but I assume you mean that you got a single straight line with no yield point.
You would get that if you didn't add Plasticity to the material model and failed to turn on Large Deflection.

i have activated large deflection, but how to add plasticity to the material? i mean i didn't do that beforeÂ
