SubscriberGood morning,I’m encountering an issue with a common customer’s bending tables and can’t quite pinpoint the cause. The table appears to be set up correctly, displaying consistent data for most thicknesses. However, there’s an exception with one specific thickness:For a radius of 0.8 and a thickness of 0.8, the bend deduction is showing as 1.27 mm. This does not match the value specified in the tables, where the bend deduction should be 1.4 mm.This discrepancy only occurs with the 0.8 thickness. I’m unsure if there’s an error in the tables or if something else is affecting the calculation.ÂCould you kindly review this and let me know your findings? I’d greatly appreciate your assistance.Thank you very much.ÂDownloadlink for bendtable: Bend table issue -

SubscriberJust following up on the message you sent on February 6, where you mentioned you'd check and get back to me. As it's now April 14, I wanted to see if you've had a chance to review and if there's any feedback or updates you can share.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Forum ModeratorHi Andrea,ÂThe bend deduction should be 1.4mm using the following formula and the given detail. (Thickness- 0.8mm, Bending Radius- 0.8mm, Angle - 90degree) Here K-factor is 0.41What's the source for this bending table data that you have shared?Bending allowance affects the bend deduction value which depends on material, K-factor, bending angle.ÂYou can try bend deduction online calcultors to check this.ÂRegardsAtharvÂ
