Beam Element Orientation

I have created a model using line bodies to create beams with a user defined cross section. All of my beams are fully constrained and oriented properly in design modeller, but when meshing the model, All of the beams change orinetation, and some do what is shown below, where the individual elements within the beam change orientation in respect to each other. I get the error message saying:

"The orientation node of element 291067 is co-linear with the first two nodes. "

When i check which elements the errors are referring to, they lead me to the elements shown in the pic.
