‘Bandgap’ value in ‘solar generation rate’ analysis for tandem solar cells

  There is a parameter 'bandgap' in the 'solar generation rate' analysis group. What would be the value of 'bandgap' for tandem cells?

  Bandgap is the material property. Please search its information. When the spectrum is in the bandgap the material cannot absorb light.
