Avalanche photodetector案例

  老师您好，我下载了官网上Avalanche photodetector这个案例，在运行了FDTD后mat文件并没有更新，突然就这样了想问下这是什么原因，另外他的脚本也没办法运行显示Error: D:/apd5V_electrical.lsf line 21: in matlabload: cannot open file apd5V_10um_IV_publication.mat for reading. Please confirm the file is a MATLAB v7 file or higher. See https://go.lumeri.ca/matlabload for more details.想问下这应该怎么处理啊

  Run完FDTD檔案應該還需要在分析組Run analysis才會產生.mat,請參考官網步驟(截圖)
  Avalanche photodetector – Ansys Optics
  提示首先是無法開檔案，目前懷疑.mat檔案有錯誤。如果是正版維護內的軟件可以來信lumerical.support@ansys.com 諮詢
