Automation of the optimization process

  Hello, in my master thesis I should automate the topology optimization in Ansys Workbench.
  
  In the image below shows the workflow of the optimization in german. The version is ANSYS 2019 R1.
  
  Is there any option on how the export from topology optimization to design validation system works automatically after the end of the optimization?
  
  Is there any option for the bearings and loads in the design validation system to automatically attack in the same places as before?
  
  Or is there any APDL that I can use for my problem?
  
  Or do I always have to open the respective setup to be able to change the settings?
