Hello Everyone,
I am working with a complex geometry consisting of multiple bodies (159 in total). I am facing an issue with overlapping contact regions. In the "Contacts" section, the software automatically generates a series of connections. However, many of these connections have the same problem. I tried deleting them and recreating them using the "Create Automatic Connections" feature, but the issue persists. The software detects 303 overlapping regions.
Is there a way to quickly resolve this issue?
Can I run a Fluent simulation after deleting all the connections, or would that cause additional problems?
Thank you. -

I'd start by checking the share topology status prior to meshing as you may not need any of the contact regions. Without seeing images it's also very hard to know what you've got, and therefore near impossible to comment.Â
