Assigning the water in the liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

  Iam currently trying to solve and study the Flow simulation in the LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMP .
  Iam stuck as Iam unable to define the WATER in the ANSYS ( as shown in the Image ) .
  Could you please suggest the easy way to define the water ?
  Ideally , few blases will always remian submerged in the water when the LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMP is not in running or at static condition.
