Hi,
Greetings of the Day!!
I am working on ansys workbench (Mechanical), trying to apply spring for component's bottom to the ground. How to apply sprint distributed over an entire area.

If you scope a spring to the surface using "Deformable" behavior that would do it. Or you could scope an Elastic Support to that face. You'd need to divide the spring constant by the area to compute the elastic support value.
