SubscriberI'm currently trying to apply a line pressure load over the top face, or at least the top edge, of a cylinder. My current problem is that I am unable to apply this. I've attempted to use a named selection, but it appears that a face isn't even an option for line pressure. See the picture for reference.
Currently I've resorted to just selecting a small edge on the extruded face of the cylinder to get a rough approximation. The end goal is to apply a distributed load over the top face of each of the cylinders. I believe that line pressure is the incorrect tool, but I am unsure as to what would be the correct one. Thanks.

Subscriber.Hi Keneddy
I was also facing same problem. What I figured out is to split your cylindrical body by plane ( in your case plane parallel to screen ,not exactly parallel) so that a line is created after splitting body. thereafter you can apply line pressure on that line. Hope it helps.
