antenna matching circuit and co simulate efficiency without runing full 3d

  I am designing multi band antenna for a device.
  
  Matching circuit requirement is there. I want simulate efficiency and gain with matching circuit through circuit window to reduce time and optimize the values before 3d simulation.
  
  any idea how i can do that?
  
  In CST i am able to do it easily but here i am facing problem.
  
  please help if any one has idea.
