SubscriberHi, whenever I try to open my model an error appears: "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written". I have tried multiple things that I've seen in other forums:
- Renaming the Ansys folder in %temp% and %appdata%
- Deleting and reinstalling Ansys
- Downloading an older version of Ansys
- Adding the system environment variable ANS_OLD_ATTACH = 1
- Updating my drivers (I have NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 and I use game ready driver, not sure if this affects Ansys)
- Opening CMD as admin and typing:
regsvr32.exe ole32.dll
regsvr32.exe atl.dll
regsvr32.exe oleaut32.dll
regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll
regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll- Installing prereq and configuring products
- Turning off firewall
But none of them have fixed my error. Can anyone help?

SubscriberHi! I'm having the same issue, did you solve it?Â
Everytime I open my simulation, change something and run it again, the mechanical crashes showing the same error message. So I have to start a new simulation from the beginning. -

SubscriberEqually important is the quality Snow Rider 3D of the work produced. Originality alone does not guarantee a lasting impact; it is the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that elevate a creation from merely interesting to truly exceptional.
