ANSYS workbench：メッセージ表示時にフリーズ

  ANSYS 2023R1 を使用しているものです． CFXとMechanical(Transient Structural)による流体構造連成解析を行う予定です．そのために，解析条件等を設定しているのですが，プロジェクト画面の右下にあるメッセージを表示させようと押すと，ウィンドウが反応しなくなり，フリーズしてしまいます．また，システムカップリングにより連成問題を解こうとすると，同様に自動でメッセージが表示されるようになるため，ウィンドウがフリーズしてしまい，解析の現在の状況を確認することができなくなってしまいます．この問題を解決する方法はあるのでしょうか．
