I'm encountering delays (more than 20 min) when launching ANSYS Workbench 2023 R2, and SpaceClaim is performing  very slow. Â
Additionally, the license settings indicate that the license server may be down orunresponsive. I've attached a screenshot of the license settings for reference. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?Â

Hello Navaraj,
This may be a DNS/hostname issue with the license server.
I see from the screen you posted that there are 3 different hostnames in reference to the license server
Can you ping each mac hine name?
I would check with the IT Department to see which name you have access to andÂ
verify that you are able to see that machine with low latency.Best,
George Karnos
