SubscriberHello everyone,
I am using Ansys 18.0 since two years. After a year of helping me excel in my simulation work, Ansys is now not ready to solve the problems all of a sudden on the same PC with everything remaining the same (I havent even resintalled my Ansys till then).
I have attached the screenshots of the error messages I receive along my with PC's specifications.
My solver settings
When I change the number of utilized cores, the error just changes but that does not solve the problem.
When I change the GPU to INTEL, the error becomes 'No supported GPU is detected'
My PC specifications
Things I've done
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Ansys 18
2. Uninstalled and installed Ansys 15
3. Changed the installation location to a different volume (Tried on OS volume and another volume)
4. Updated my GPU driver to the latest version.
P.S: Ansys was running fine and solving complex problems on the same PC a year back. Now all of a sudden it does not work. Kindly help me with a solution or just help me how can I return without using the -acc command as shown in the error.
Thanks in advance.

Ansys EmployeeHello JayanJoshua,
Â
In the Advanced Properties, change "Use GPU acceleration if possible" to None.
Now, try to solve.
