Ansys students] Issues with “WB Usage Tracking” and License Error

  Hello, I’m a university student using ANSYS for the first time. I’m not very familiar with computers, so I apologize if I have difficulty understanding some technical details right away.
  1. Every time I open Workbench, I receive the following message: "Unable to retrieve WB usage tracking, no WB usage tracking id supplied."
  2. Despite this, I’ve continued with the 'Static Structural' process. However, when I double-click 'Model' to open 'Mechanical 2024 R1' for mesh settings, I encounter a license error and the program does not open.
  Here are the steps I’ve tried so far:
  1. Changed my Windows 11 account name to English.
  2. Reinstalled the program three times.
  3. Changed the language from English to German, then back to English (via Toolbox > Options).
  I would really appreciate quick assistance with resolving these issues. Thank you.
