ANSYS Student licensing issues

Hello, I have downloaded and installed the student version of ANSYS 2025 R1. I have logged in with this email to your website to do so. But I have not received any email containing an Account Number.
Also, and more importantly, I have licensing issues when trying to run my
analysis. I don't know how to set the Ansys Licensing Center 2025 R1. i have installed / uninstalled ANSYS multiple times trying to resolve the issues. I even downloaded a previous version.
In addition there is no Ansys Licensing Management Center in my computer, which as I find on the internet is important to resolve such issues.
How can I resolve these issues?
I 'm currently trying to finish my thesis, so it is kind of urgent.
      Thank you

      Christos

Student should install with a built in licence, and there is no LM to run. Similarly you don't have an account to need a number for.

Ok, but why do I get License errors when I try to switch to solution from Fluent?
I get "Cannot switch mode due to license unavailability or licensing error".
Also I get "Error: Cortex received a fatal signal (Segmentation Violation)"

Fluent is both set up and solve, so if you already have a Fluent session open that may give an error as you've only got one instance on the licence. If you export case & data can you launch Fluent from the Start menu and read in the case & data?

The error isn't overly diagnostic, but could mean you've not set up something correctly. Pictures will help.
