Hi, when I'm using design modeler to sketch, add dimension or anything related to graphics that involve moving the mouse is extremeley slow even not usable. Let's say I draw a line, if I move my mouse to change the angle the line will move extremely slowly to reach my cursor in like 30 seconds. Im using a g14 2022 laptop with amd rx 6800s. I got 2 external monitors and my main one is a 2k screen. Any kind of help would be appreciated since it makes the software unusable for everything related to graphics.

Hi Guillaume,
Is this issue only in the 2023R2 or other Ansys versions also?Â
can you check Spaceclaim and let me know if the Spaceclaim is also extremely slow?Â
Thanks,
SampatÂ

Hello, I posted my inquiries four days ago, but I haven't heard anything as of yet.
Would you kindly check for it?

Hi, the same problem appears with version 2024. To fix the problem in design modeler and spaceclaim I figured out I had to disable vertical sync in my AMD options to prevent the extreme lagging when sketching. For discovery the program doesnt even seem to finish loading ever. Are there other options I should change to be able to use Discovery?
Â
Thanks!
