I have windows 10
hp laptop
user name ???????? by russian
i extacted ansys rar to E:ansys
run file setup.exe as adminstrator
and installed to the default location
and i did chang the laptop and it didnt worked
help me please i dont know what to do

Hi Ibtehal ,

We have seen a lot of issues with localization. 

Could you try setting the default language on your systems to be English , ref:  https://www.windowscentral.com/how-properly-change-system-default-language-windows-10

Also, try creating a test Windows user account with pure english letter, e.g., abc.

Please let me know if that makes any difference.

Thanks very much. I changed my user name to pure english letters only and the program is working thanks alot again

Hi, regarding the following post. I have the same problem and i can't seem to resolve the problem as well. My error message shows this.

An unexpected error has occurred: The following required addins could not be loaded: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin. The software will exit.

--- System.AggregateException: The following required addins could not be loaded: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin. The software will exit.

May I know how to resolve it?
