or Guide me on where to get this material ?

You can download ‘Optical Libraries’ under ‘Add-on Packages’ from Current Release (ansys.com), and check if the material is included.
If not, you may ask it to the material provider or measure the sample with some meterial measurement service providers(Your local support may know who providers are).
