Ansys Resonance simulatioin error

While performing resonance simulation on a development PCB, I encountered the following error, which is preventing me from proceeding.

I would like to inquire about the possible causes of this error. Could it be due to issues like Min. or Max. frequency, the number of modes to compute, or other problems?

I am using Ansys SIwave2023 R1. 

In what cases do I get an error like this, and what is the solution?

To start debugging this issue, could you do a validation check so we can gather more information? To do a validation check, navigate to the Simulation tab then select the Validation Check icon. In the popup window, select "Resonant Modes" as the simulation mode to validate for. Once this is complete, please provide me with the new information so I can determine the next steps.
