I am trying to write a Python script that will be executed when Ansys Workbench is started. Unfortunately I can't find a scripting editor in Workbench, so I would like to write the script using Atom IDE. However, I can't use the Ansys functions there because I can't import the corresponding module. Is there a way to install the system functions of Ansys via pip so that I can use them in Atom?

Forum ModeratorAnsys employees won't be able to help with third party softwares, but there are a couple of script editors in workbench:
Using either ACT console
or ACT debugger.
For starting a script at start of the workbench Please check the command line execution arguments:
