Ansys mechanical script error

      I am trying to open model from Ansys Workbench into mechanical but i am getting runtime errors.
      How do i solve this error?

      Close all Ansys applications. Open file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar and hit enter. Rename the Ansys folder to Ansys.old. 
      Now try restarting the Ansys application to see if the operations proceed further.
