Hi, I want to perform a static analysis with multiple steps followed by a fatigue analysis.Â
I want to have a *.rst file, which has only stress details for the element set I create rather than all components. These elements are the hotspot locations.
This will help to reduce my simulation size in nCode. Now it's solved for full components.
Is there a solution for this? Or is it possible to select only the element set I define to be considered for fatigue analysis.

Hi Ashish,
Â
One approach may be to use submodeling. Perform a global analysis with a coarse mesh and then perform submodeling. With submodeling you will be get a single .rst file.

Thank you Ashish ,Â
Is there a way, I can only request output for the element set through named selection.
