Ansys Mechanical Interface couldn’t open

  Hello Ansys,
  
  Today i download Ansys 19.0 from Ansys website. when i used workbench for project work, first i upload geometry from PTC Pro-E 5 in .asm format and then i try to open model but i show the error.
  
  What should i do and how can i solve that problem?, help me

  The ANSYS Student license does not include the CAD Geometry interfaces to import directly.
  
  Instead, you click on Geometry to launch SpaceClaim, then you can open the Pro/Engineer *.asm file from SpaceClaim.
  
  If you have any issues with the file import you can also export a neutral file from Pro/Engineer (like a Parasolid) and then Open that file in SpaceClaim.

  it again show the same error, i convert the file *.asm into *.igs format and i open the file into spaceclaim and save the file into *.scdoc format and upload into ansys workbench but it still show the same error, please help me.
  
  i install the Pro/Engineer into C drive and Ansys 19.0 into D drive, so this can we the reason behind that error?
