Ansys Maxwell simulation error

  Hello everyone,
  
  I started learning Maxwell for my college project. But, after entering necessary input parameters for bldc simulation, I get this error everytime before getting the output results.
  
  Someone please help me with this. I am stuck here from a long time. Thanks!

  This seems like an issue related to the IP address of the Machine that you provided when validating your Licence.
  
  Please check the licence credibility corresponding to the IP address.
