Ansys Maxwell Element length based refinement

  Hi, I am trying to understand mesh in Ansys Maxwell magnetostatic and transient simulations. I created a cube of 100x100x100 mm, and applied Max elemenet edge Inside object of 10 mm and I restricted number of additional elements to one million. Created mesh has less elements than allowed but the edge size is bigger than 10 mm. I do not understand how that can happpen? Do you have any tips?
