ANSYS Magnetostatic “Unknown Error”

  Hello! I am currently having an issue with the Magnetostatic software. My partner and I are using it to create a magnetic circuit for a senior design project that uses a solenoid coil wrapped around an iron core. However, everything is parametrized properly and we still get the same error:
  
  "The option of C on the MP command is either not available for this version of Ansys or the appropriate product was not selected for this sessions"
  
  We are using the ANSYS student version and we have Workbench and the Electronics Desktop installed. If anyone has a remedy for this issue let us know!
