Ansys Licence 2024 R1 Problem

  Hi,
  I´m using Chemkin-pro with the free student software, but I am experiencing some problems with the license of 2024 R1.
  Currently, when I open the program a license is assigned to me, but when I run a simulation even examples I receive this message from the .out:
  
  ERROR: could not get a license
  Flexlm error report:
  
  No FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license found for feature HPC Parallel.
  FNP license path: C:\Users\adalb\AppData\Local\Temp\\413bcf9d-e62e-4403-8145-b38af90de186
  No such feature exists.
  PREMIX: Error initializing gas-phase

  How many cores are you using? student version supports only 4 cores.

  Hi,
  I'm using 4, but the problem shows even when im using 1 core.
  Not even the examples can be resolved.

  Hi Adalberto,
  in your start menu type %appdata% to delete/rename Ansys folder to Ansys.old and %temp% to rename .ansys to .ansys.old. Launch the application with 1 cores without any examples first.

  I also met the similar problem when I use chemkin. I don't know why.
