I have issue with Ansys licncses manager. The issue is when I run the Ansys licncses manager on the local licncses server http://localhost:1084/ANSYSLMCenter.html?sBuildDate=20211004startedwhen

I get error message “This site can’t be reached”. I tried to stop and restart the Ansys services “ANSYS, Inc. License Manager” and the “ANSYSLicensingTomcat” but I’m getting the same error. The local “ANSYS, Inc. License Manager” services it restarts ok but “ANSYSLicensingTomcat” services it gives this error.

 

Windows could not start the ANSYS Licensing Tomcat Services on Local Computer.

Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly

 

This issue started after I redeployed the “Altair License Manger (ALM) Ver. 15.2.0” to upgrade the new licncses. It was working before I redeployed “Altair License Manger (ALM) with both licncses manager Ansys and Altair running at the same time.

The Ansys licncses manager is down for two days. Please I need your suggestion to resolve it. The Ansys licncses manager is used by our university researcher. This is very important pieces for our researcher.

Hi Mousa,

Can you try to launch the service through Task manager instead of GUI?

Goto Task Manager> Services> Start Ansys, Inc License Manager.
