SubscriberCould someone guide assigning case thermal resistance to integrated circuits? Specifically, I need assistance in applying the RJC value to the surrounding faces. I am familiar with setting RJB and RJC values for two faces but am unsure about assigning RJC for multiple surrounding faces. Since I am new to this, a detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.
Note: A prompt response from the Ansys team would be highly valued. Thank you.
