ANSYS GUI PROBLEM- panels are not visible even trying renaming and removing file

      I have reinstalled ANSYS and ran Fluent again, also changed the resolution and scales but didn't work. Then tried to remove and rename the fluent thought the files might got corrupted but still facing the same issue.
