SubscriberHello team,
I hope you are fine. I am modelling a dual-fuel engine (Hydrogen-Diesel). I have started with a port fuel injection of hydrogen and a direct injection of diesel. However, I do not know how I can change the mass of port-injected fuel. I am using a sector mesh. Could anyone please let me know how we can use the hydrogen-diesel dual fuel and how I can change the mass of hydrogen in Forte?

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Mass fraction of a species is the ratio of mass of the species to the mass of the mixture. Hence, if you know total mass of the system, you can find mass of individual species from mass fraction.

SubscriberHello team, ANSYS Forte, Dual Fuel, Hydrogen-diesel Following the tutorial steps (Chapter 3: Simulating Dual Fuel Combustion) for the simulation, in the “Boundary Conditions – Periodicity” part, periodic A and B are not selected (automatically) and where the Boundary Conditions – Head and Casing” are selected to insert temperature data?
