Hello Ansys Team. I hope you are well. At this time im doing my bachelor thessis for my university, and i want to design and simulate a motor, and i would like to ask you if I can use Ansys MotorCAD or not . If yes, should i have a license
or not just by free for example ? What other options do i have ? Instead can i use something free by you ?ÂThanks you very muchÂ

Using Ansys Motor-CAD requires a commercial license.Â
Ansys Maxwell can be used to simulate electric motors, and there is a free student version of it:

But Ansys Maxwell (Student's Version) doesn't provide transient analysis right?
Also, can i use Student's Version for my bachelor thesis not only for personal development?
