I am afraid based upon the information you gave us, we cannot tell you what exactly to input. What we need is a volumetric flow rate, meaning a volume per time–something like mm³/s or mL/min. You gave us the volume of the domain. Similarly if we had the mass flow rate, let us say in g/s, and we knew the density, then we could calculate the volumetric flow rate by dividing the mass flow rate by the density. I am a bit uncertain what the mass you have given us is. Is this the mass of the fluid when the volume is full? If so we could calculate the density. But then we are still missing what is the flux through the domain–meaning what is it per time.
