Hi guys;

I have a problem with accessing FLUENT user's guide contents. When I press it, I get the below message on the console of FLUENT:

Error: CX_Send_Help_Command, could not get Help server port = 0.

Is there any solution for this error? I appreciate that.

That's usually caused by the software not being able to access a browser and/or the internet. I assume you're online and the browser isn't blocked by the firewall?

If you click on Help in 2021R1 you should get to the correct version online. Otherwise, if you have access it's possible to download from the Customer Portal. Sharing the pdf is a really bad idea.
