Hello,
Â
I want know if it is possible to do ANSYS fluent - Rocky DEM coupling with HPC ?

It is. However, you need to exercise some care in how you use the nodes and set up the coupling. Please provide more details on your cluster, but also check that you can manually check and assign where jobs go.Â

Thank you for your answer, our HPC cluster currently comprises over 23,000 cores, spread among 400 nodes, with two CPUs per node.
Â
Also, I want use dynamic mesh for my simulation, is rocky Comaptible with dynamic mesh ?
Â
ThanksÂ

The compatability will be covered in the documentation. Sliding mesh is fine, but remeshing may cause problems. https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v241/en/dem_cfd_coupling/section-limitations-twoway.html
If you can specify which cores you use rather than launching into a blind queue you should be OK. If you don't know where the processes are you may have a problem as Rocky needs to know where the Fluent process is.Â

our HPC members tried to install rocky on our hpc on fot the following error. can you please help us with it:
It looks like Rocky will not work with 2023R2 nor 2024R1 due to our Red Hat 8.8 Operating System glibc version:
