SubscriberHi everyone,
I am currently trying to model a centrifugal pump with a rotating impeller using a steady state MRF region but seem to keep getting reversed flow/nonconvergence. The fluid is solely driven by the impeller (i.e. no inlet velocity). Here is a link to my old post that has more details about my project: /forum/forums/topic/ansys-turbulent-flow-centrifugal-pump-non-convergence-and-floating-point-error/
Here are my settings:
Pressure based, steady
liquid: water
2 pressure outlets: 0 atm
1 pressure inlet: 0 atm
MRF (rotating region): speed 200 rpm
(I also checked the axis of rotation and I believe it is correct)Â
