      Hi Sarita,

      Can you rename the Ansys folder to Ansys.old using %appdata%, .fluentconf and .cfx to .fluentconf.old and .cfx.old (C/Users/username) respectively, and later restart the fluent once launched.

      Hi Rajeshwari Jadhav, i have done all the changes as per your instruction, but still that problem has not been solved. Kindly suggest me any other methods to resolve this issue.

      Hi Sarita,

      Are you facing this issue while opening fluent through workbench or through the standalone application?

      Also are you importing mesh models? Please explain how are you proceeding and when this error is occuring.
