If I am able to understand you correctly, I believe you are referring to Contact thermal resistance (generally due to air gap between the solids). Fluent assumes perfect thermal contact between the solids. But in case if you need to model the contact resistance, create seperate cell zone of the air of appropriate dimensions between the the two solids and then assign the corresponding thermal properties to the material.
You can also calculate the thermal contact resistance using hand calculations.
