Forum ModeratorUse the built in compiler and change the filename to avoid having the + in it.    mass_heat.c may work, but mass+heat.c won't.Â

The whole point of the built in compiler was to avoid needing any of the VS components.Â
Check for scons on here - you can't be the first person to have seen this error.Â

Ansys EmployeeHello, it looks like this is just a warning and not an error. I've seen this before and still been able to load the udf - please double-check to see whether you can load the udf after building, and/or have created the "libudf.dll" file in your 3ddp_host and 3ddp_node directories.

Ansys EmployeeGlad to see that the UDF compiles and loads.
I would recommend just ignoring the warning, given that the built-in compiler seems to be working just fine. If you really want to not see the warning, you can install Visual Studio and set up the compilation environment to run with Fluent. Like Rob was saying, there are lots of threads on this forum and other places on the internet documenting that process, but it can take some time and effort to get it properly installed, hence my recommendation to go with the currently working method.
