ANSYS Fluent 2020 R1 student version not working

  Hello,
  
  i am not able to run ansys fluent , i get this error message, while the other modules (spaceclaim, meshing are working properly), i tried
  
  with different mesh files, but i get same error message

  @tsiriaks please take a look at my thread (/forum/forums/topic/fluent-not-working-in-ansys-2020-r1/) and help me resolve my issue. I have been trying to resolve it for many days now. I have an important academic project to complete.
