Ansys “Fatal Error”

  Hi,
  
  I keep getting this error anytime I want to run optimizer on Ansys Workbench. Any help will be appreciated.

  Do you have an install.err file under 'ANSYS Student' folder ?

  Thank you for your quick reply.
  
  I discovered why it was giving that error, since Im using Vmware to run Windows on my Mac, the required Ansys files have to be on the Windows system and not saved in your Mac system documents.
  
  Hope this helps anyone else who is having similar errors.
