Ansys Discovery – Serious Error Occurred

      Hi Support,   A customer keeps getting the below upon opening Discovery. I can't see any other reports of this error nor does it give any information.   Should I send any log files through? Where are these found again?

      Hello Tim Dukes Can you confirm if the customer has compatible Hardware for Discovery? Ansys Discovery Hardware Requirements - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum Please share the zip the Discovery folder found in %temp% location and share it with us

      Hi  Subashni Please see attached log files. Do these point to anything on why this would be happening? SpaceClaim opens and runs fine, just Discovery that the has the error. Drivers are up to date and customer graphics card is more than capable.
