Discovery 2023 R2 after opening it shows up the loading page for few seconds and after which neither the software is not loading up nor it is showing any errors. After installing Ansys 2023 R2 I have used Discovery couple of times and I am observing this issue from last week. Can someone help me know why this is happening?

Hello Donnie,

Please try resetting Discovery.You can try deleting the files you have in your %temp%\Discovery folder, then also delete these folders:

C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Ansys_Inc\v231

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Ansys\v231

Then attempt to launch discovery as administrator. Let me know if this helps.
