SubscriberGood afternoon,Â
We are looking at your Automated Installer as a quicker way to download, install and configure Ansys Fluids/Structures in our RHEL 7/8 Linux servers.
We have posted here recently about missing dependencies when installing Ansys software in Linux operating systems. Does this installer catch these during operation?
Please say, "Yes."

Ansys EmployeeYes, this installer was branched from the Unified installer so it includes the same dependency checks. On both Windows and Linux. Â
On Linux, only a warning is shown. Â We do not install the missing system dependencies.
On Windows, the system dependencies are referred to as prerequisites. Â
These are detected, downloaded and installed on the page with the download and extraction progress bars. Â These are installed before any product files.Â
